- Enquiry details: your name, email address, telephone number, location, project interest, preferred contact method, message and any other information you choose to provide.
- Project and customer records: correspondence, site-survey information, measurements, photographs, quotations, orders, installation details, payments, warranties and aftercare records.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, security logs and essential cookie or browser-storage data needed to operate and protect the website.
- Communications: emails, telephone notes and messages you send through services such as WhatsApp.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in an enquiry unless it is genuinely necessary.
