These website terms apply to your use of sunproject.ie and to enquiries submitted to Sun Project Outdoor Living (“Sun Project”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They do not replace the project-specific quotation, order confirmation or installation agreement that will apply if you purchase from us.

2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access, submit malicious material, misuse the contact form, copy substantial parts of the site for a competing service, or use its content in a misleading way.
3. Website information
Product descriptions, images, finishes, dimensions and examples are provided for general guidance. Colours and proportions can vary by screen, specification, site conditions and production batch. Images may include optional features or illustrative settings. We take reasonable care with website content but do not treat it as a final technical specification or binding offer.
4. Enquiries, surveys and quotations
Submitting the website form does not create a contract. We may request photographs, measurements or a site survey before issuing or confirming a quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and is subject to availability, final measurements, technical feasibility, access and any planning, landlord or management-company requirements.
A contract is formed only when the acceptance and payment requirements stated in our written quotation or order confirmation have been completed. If project-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the project-specific written terms take priority.
5. Prices and payment
Prices, VAT treatment, deposit, stage payments and the balance due will be shown in the written quotation. Additional work or materials requested by the customer, or made necessary by concealed or unexpected site conditions, will be discussed and agreed before being charged where reasonably possible.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring safe and reasonable site access, identifying hidden services or known defects, obtaining permissions or consents that are not expressly included in our quotation, and ensuring that a person authorised to make decisions is available when required. Electrical, drainage, foundation or building work is included only where the quotation says so.
7. Delivery and installation timing
Lead times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date in writing. Weather, site readiness, manufacturing, shipping, utility work and events outside reasonable control may affect timing. We will communicate material delays and arrange a revised programme where necessary.
8. Variations and cancellations
Changes must be agreed in writing and may affect price and timing. Any statutory cancellation right that applies to a consumer will be explained in the contract documents. Products made to the customer’s measurements, colour or specification may be exempt from a cooling-off right where the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Inspection, care and warranties
Please inspect completed work and report an apparent issue promptly. Product and workmanship warranties, exclusions, maintenance requirements and claim procedures are those stated in the written quotation, order confirmation or warranty document. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration, failure to follow care instructions, exceptional weather or unrelated building movement may fall outside warranty cover.
10. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, logo, graphics and original media are owned by or licensed to Sun Project. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services, but you may not republish, sell or commercially exploit the content without written permission.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising only from use of the website, or for business losses where the user is acting as a consumer.

14. Irish law
These website terms are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring a claim in another competent court or use an applicable dispute-resolution process.
